YOUR FIRST STEPS
ACROSS THE
THRESHOLD
When you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by either me or my assistant. Arriving early to your scheduled appointment will give you time to relax & enjoy one of our premium iced coffee options, gourmet teas, or mimosas while we get ready for you.
We pride ourselves on running on schedule because we know YOUR time is valuable, so while you're waiting, sip on some bubbly in our cozy waiting area and take in the sights and smells of your new salon home.
THE CONSULTAION
You'll notice during the scheduling process there was a consultation form that I'll have you fill out. In the salon, we'll sit down and chat about everything on that form plus more. We'll talk about your hair dreams and worst nightmares and take a look at some inspiration photos so I can get an idea of the things you do, and don't like.
After I have a clear insight into our goal for today's appointment, I'll walk you through what's obtainable, our gameplan for the day and future services, the level of maintenance involved in the look you desire, and how to style and care for your new look at home.
MAKING
MAGIC HAPPEN
Once I have a detailed gameplan in place, my assistant and I will get to work! Every step of our lightener formula includes a bond builder to protect, strengthen, and improve the color retention of your hair. We'll record all processes and formulas in our notes so we can recreate all that you love and continue to perfect your color palette time after time.
My assistant, Eva, works side by side with me as well as independently on all my clients. Working with her allows me to deliver intricate dimensional techniques and/or extension makeovers that Pinterest hair dreams are made of, while getting you out the door in a jiffy and onto your girl's night out! Another perk of having my lovely assistant, is she's able to spend the extra time giving you an amazing scalp massage at the shampoo bowl that will surely make you forget about your hectic day!
